Mr. Singletary is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman Of Prominence Security Inc. An expert in Security Metropolitan Washington D.C. He attended the University of Phoenix and attained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. He has expert knowledge in several security disciplines to include physical, information, and personnel security respectively, and Mr. Singletary specializes in threat and vulnerability assessments. An Army veteran, Mr. Singletary was an escort for generals and dignitaries throughout the Washington, D.C. area. Mr. Singletary is a former member of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Infragard program. He is also a member of the Extranet for Security Professionals.

Richard “Rick” Sease
Director of Operations
Mr. Sease is a forty- five (45) year law enforcement officer veteran. He has an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice. He has expertise in several security disciplines including physical security, access control, electronic surveillance, security management, basic and advance security officer training, and security leadership training
A certified Maryland Crime Prevention Specialist in Residential, Commercial and Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED). Mr. Sease holds several instructor certifications, American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED, National Safety Council First Aid/CPR/AED, O.C. Pepper Spray, Electronic Control Device (TASER) and Active SHOOTER-How to Protect Your Family. He is a member of Municipal Police Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 9, Prince George’s County Task Force on Human Trafficking. He specializes in Community Policing and adapting those principals to the security field and Public Safety courses. He has ascertained certification from the United States Department of Homeland Security an Instructor for Until Help Arrives course instructing civilian how to handle emergencies as; Active Shooter, Basic First Aid, how to report an incident to 911, etc. Mr. Sease is dedicated to attaining additional certification, as well as keeping current with his existing certifications.
Director of Business Development & Operations
With more than 6 years’ of experience in professional security, private investigations, and law enforcement, with experience in various supervisory roles, Mr. Oden is dedicated to providing public safety service to the communities he serves.
Mr. Oden began his law enforcement career in 2012 as a police cadet to police investigator, working for several different law enforcement agencies. He has served with the Fairmount Heights Police Department, DC Public Schools Police Department, and Prince George’s County Public Schools Police Department. Mr. Oden served as a patrol officer, field training officer, school resource officer, and police investigator with experience working with juveniles and gangs. Mr. Oden also conducted Temporary Duty Assignments along with the Prince George’s County Police Department Gang Unit and has investigated complex administrative and criminal investigations. While working in the private sector of law enforcement, Mr. Oden served as an Lieutenant/Compliance Officer, with responsibilities consisting of supervising 25-30 special police officers, maintaining order on properties, investigating incidents and unlawful activities, assigning, scheduling and deploying personnel, developing work schedules for contract security, reporting needs for personnel, providing day-to-day program policy direction and ensuring program consistency with established policies and procedures, interpreting and explaining policies, relevant state, federal and local laws, reviewing daily activity logs, statistical reports, incident reports, and other duties as assigned by the Assistant Chief and Chief of Special Police.
Mr. Oden holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration and Master of Business Administration, both from University of Phoenix. He is a graduate of the Anne Arundel Community College Police Academy, completing a minimum of 1,126 hours of entrance-level police training and mastered more than 500 training objectives. Mr. Oden is also an honorary board member for the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 9.
